Independent Cleaner
Recruiting Timeline

Follow the timeline for an overview of your recruitment process. 

Step #1

Applied or Recruited

Cleaner has been recruited by our recruitment team or applied for one of our positions via Indeed, FaceBook, ZipRecruiter, or other hiring platform.


Step #2

Fill out Application Request Inquiry

Fill out our "Application". Click the title or scroll to bottom of the page to fill out our application. If you have any questions send us an email to or call us at (888) 327-0064


Step #3

Screening Process

Our recruitment team will screen your application request inquiry. An email will be sent if you do not qualify. If you do qualify, a recruiter will move you to Step #4.


Step #4

Schedule Interview

When your application form has been submitted, a member of our team will reach out to schedule your interview.


Step #5

Interview & Reference Checks

During the interview process, you will meet with a hiring manager or company executive. At the time of the interview, our team will begin reaching out to your references. When all references have been checked, cleaners will move onto the final step.


Step #6


After successfully moving through the interview process, cleaners will begin onboarding immediately. Cleaners can begin accepting jobs as soon as onboarding paperwork is finished and background check has been returned (typically 1-2 business days).
